  • Minimum of 3 bedrooms (ideally 4 or more)

  • Located within the North West – particularly Merseyside, Greater Manchester, and surrounding areas

  • Ready to let or near-ready condition

  • Preference for properties with communal areas, rear yard/garden, and good transport links
